Wrestling is an amazing sport that not only prepares you
physically but mentally to face the battle life has to throw at you.
Wrestling is a form of combat sport involving grappling type
techniques such as clinch fighting, throws and takedowns, joint locks, pins and
other grappling holds. A wrestling bout is a physical competition, between two
(occasionally more) competitors or sparring partners, who attempt to gain and
maintain asuperior position. There are a wide range of styles with varying
rules with both traditional historic and modern styles. Wrestling techniques
have been incorporated into other martial arts as well as military hand-to-hand
combat systems.
Wrestling is probably one of the toughest sports there is
not only physically but mentally. You need to dedicate yourself harder than you
can imagine if you want to become successful in this sport. You have to have
the heart to continuously push your self even when you think you can't. Success
doesn't come easy.
